We offer a broad range of personalized services that directly address the needs and interests of high school students and their parents. We also offer graduate and professional school advising.

Comprehensive College Consulting Package

This plan is ideal for families seeking full, personalized attention that covers every aspect of high school planning as well as the college search and application process. This option, which begins as early as 10th grade, includes access to a counselor throughout a student’s high school career.

Meetings beginning in March of tenth grade to assist with:

  • Selecting high school courses

  • Planning for standardized testing

  • Exploring academic interests

  • Coordinating summer experiences and extracurricular activities

*Meetings before March of 10th grade will be billed at our hourly rate. 

Grades 11 and 12: Unlimited meetings that include assistance with the college selection and application process. Topics covered include:

  • Students' academic and extracurricular credentials

  • High school course selection

  • Standardized test planning

  • Continued exploration of academic interests

  • Development of a list of appropriate college choices

Furthermore, we focus on explaining, organizing and assisting in the application process, including:

  • Support in the planning of creative summer activities

  • Assistance in carrying out productive college visits

  • Essay development

  • Interview preparation

  • Advice on supplemental materials

  • Application review

  • Guidance in applying for need-based and merit-based financial aid

College List Package

This package is geared towards 11th graders and includes up to three hours of face-to-face consultations. The consultant performs research between meetings to develop a college list that matches the student’s goals and qualifications. This package includes a review of academic credentials, extracurricular activities, and standardized test scores.

Hourly Consultations

Hourly consultations are available for students in any grade and include the consultant’s time spent on behalf of the student and family.
